hand painted by Bettina Elsner. Allow at least 4-6 weeks for production and delivery. Please call for actual current production times.

To order CUSTOM TILES:
fax or mail us the layout and measurements of your tile project and any pertinent information - a picture, theme, style, colors etc.
We will make scale drawings in pencil with estimates for you at no charge.

CUSTOM & SERIES TILE order TERMS
Orders less then $ 700.00 will be prepaid at time of order.
Orders greater than $ 700.00 will be paid 50% down, balance COD or upon notification of
completion of order prior to shipping at the Studio's discretion.
All custom designs and/or colors are not subject to cancellation after acceptance of the contract.
All prices are FCA our Studio LARGO, FLORIDA.

FREIGHT
Most shipments are made UPS ground and are insured. Large orders may be shipped the best way
possible - either common carrier or UPS. Special handling, UPS 2nd day or Overnight may be arranged.
Buyer to pay crating/pallet/shipping/freight/insurance and/or delivery charges.
Goods become the property of the Buyer upon delivery by the Studio to the transportation
company. All items will be insured but breakage, loss or delay in delivery is not the responsibility of the Studio.
